Ms. Deanne Saavedra

Welcome to 3rd Grade! I am so happy to be your child's 3rd Grade teacher. In my classroom, everyone will be treated with respect, kindness, and will be encouraged to express their ideas. Our classroom culture is one of acceptance, like a small "family." Students this year will be challenged academically where they will explain their thinking and reasoning in reading, science, social studies, and math. Though third grade is challenging, I believe that communication between parents and teacher is extremely important to ensure the success of the students. This is why Classdojo will be used as our main communication system. But this page is also another way to communicate and check for school information.
