Preventive Dental Service/ Servicio Odontológico Preventivo
Free On Site Preventive Dental Service for ALL Students on September 22, 2017 / Servicio Odontológico Preventivo Gratuito para TODO estudiante en Septiembre 22, 2017.
Does your child need to see the dentist? The Oral Health Institute, a mobile dental service provider will be hosting a dental service day on September 22nd providing preventive dental services such as dental assessments, cleanings, fluoride, and sealants as needed to all students with parental consent. Please return their consent form packets which were sent home, as they will need to be signed and returned to your child’s teacher no later than September 1st. ¿Su hijo necesita ver al dentista? El Instituto de Salud Bucal, un proveedor de servicios dentales móviles, será el anfitrión de un día de servicio dental el 22 de septiembre proporcionando servicios dentales preventivos tales como evaluaciones dentales, limpiezas, fluoruro y selladores según sea necesario a todos los estudiantes con el consentimiento de los padres. Por favor devolver el formulario del consentimiento que fueron enviados a casa, pues tendrán que ser firmados y devueltos a la maestra de su niño no más tardar de el 1 de septiembre.
